Every customer is entitled to receive an agreement with our terms and conditions to ensure everyone is treated fairly and equally. Every employee is trained not to discriminate and/or get into the customer's personal business, pertaining to the customer's disability and/or finances. There will be a 24-hour window for each request to be addressed depending on the task requested.
An employee of District Run or CEO will address any request prior and after each request is received, to ensure all needs are met in a timely manner and correctly. The CEO and team will address any questions and/or concerns each customer may have within 24-hours of each inquiry.
Payments
Payments are received by either of the following. Each transaction will be completed with a receipt for tracking purposes.
You can cancel your booking at any time. However, we ask all cancelled requests are received within 4 hours prior to booking, if customer is charged a deposit fee (moving services). If cancellations are received less than 4 hours of scheduled time, deposits will not be refunded as we prepare our staff prior to services. In the event of a task not done correctly or in a timely manner as agreed, a 20% refund will be refunded to the customer and/or the task will be readdressed by another worker to ensure completion and satisfaction of the task.
